WHO WE ARE

Our web site address is: www.bloodriverradio.com
Please read the following information to understand our practices regarding your use of the web site. We may change the Policies & Terms at any time. The Company may inform you of the changes to the Policies/Terms using the available means of communication. The site does not knowingly collect any personal data from persons under the age of 18 (eighteen). If you are under 18 (eighteen) years old, you may not interact with our site and cannot enter into its Policies and Terms under any circumstances.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

If and when visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. That is how most content management software works, for reference and security. The system now comes with the functionality to remove all comments and data attached.

Media

If or when you upload images to a web site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) till included. Most devices have this feature turned on. Many devices do not really turn it off. Visitors to the web site could download and extract any location data from those images.

Contact Forms

Contact Forms contain the information you sent. They are regularly deleted which includes all information received and/or collected. Permission is given by the sender to collect this data on the site and and security plugins.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and web site in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.  To delete them, set your browser to not save them, or empty your cookie cache occasional from your browsing device.

Embedded/linked content from other web sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. URLs, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other web sites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other web site directly.

These web sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that web site.

We are not responsible for data collected by other sites. If you wish, use your browser to “open link in private tab/window” and it will then browse the other site according to the settings you chose.

Analytics

Any analytics we might use only collects completely anonymous data such as

Who we share your data with

We do not share any data with anyone, except in the case there is a promo running and we use an address/email address to fulfill and contact you. These are discarded after everything is completed correctly.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that in the future may register on our web site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Web site administrators can also see and edit that information. If we use the anonymous comments, for people who use their real email addresses, we would be able to delete them if you needed that done. If we can’t find them, we can’t delete them.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated and anonymous spam detection service via the WordPress software. We know of no other data that would be used.

We run no member area and comments are public until they are deleted. We therefore have no personal data to protect. Any statistical data that is collected is not done by us, but all the search engines that crawl the site. They gather only what is public outside of your administrative areas. Any stats would just be about IP address (anonymous to each visit), where it went, browser type, length of stay, and such information. That data usually doesn’t last more than a year and contains no personal information.

Additional information

We have no additional information concerning this web site as we do not attempt to collect any data. Comments and the Contact Form are what we use.

How we protect your data

We have no data onsite to protect. Email addresses do not show in any comments, should there be any comments left if the site contains a normal blog at a later date.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We have no data to protect on this web site.

What third parties we receive data from

We receive no data from any third parties (usual only a part of e-commerce or membership sites).

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Currently we do not make any decision from any data except for adding quickly on Contact Form submissions when appropriate.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We are not a part of any industry that requires disclosures concerning the use of the web site.

Always Risks Whenever You Use The Internet

Few web sites can guarantee the security of information that you might provide or that is picked up from your browser for site stats (as even banks, credit agencies, insurance companies, government agencies and departments are broken into constantly) and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other web sites or services that may be accessible through our web site have separate data and privacy practices, independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions or losses.
