Doug Smith ( Ranger Doug ) is a former Army. The Rangers are an elite unit of the US Army. Ranger Doug , is a member of the North Carolina Oath Keepers currently boots on the ground in Louisville, Kentucky to help Kentucky police maintain law and order, to protect the lives and property of citizens. He has very graciously consented to report directly from the scene directly to Blood River Radio.
