Dr. Hill, who has been the director of the League of the South for over 25 years, will give us the history of unconventional warfare as carried out successfully by civilian patriots in Ireland against the British army, a war that began almost 100 years ago. The IRA never had more than 200 men in the field at any given battle, yet they stood toe-to-toe with what was at that time the greatest military power in the world—the British army. Point being, many times in history forces that are small in number (but highly motivated) civilian / paramilitary can and have defeated much greater and more powerful forces with regular armies.
